Hey there! So happy to have you stop by. My name is Yasmeen Audi and I am an actor, dancer, singer and choreographer based in London & New York. I studied Dramatic Arts & Psychology at Harvard University, and recently graduated with my Masters in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music in London.
A musical theatre performer and choreographer, I see myself as an ethnically ambiguous wide-eyed ingenue with a pop/rock edge and solid comedic timing. Prior to moving to London, I performed professionally in New York City - including as an Assistant Choreographer and Swing for the opening number of Broadway’s Gypsy of the Year in 2017. At the Royal Academy of Music this year, I worked closely with London's best, including Imelda Staunton, Claude-Michel Schönberg and Sam Yates.
I'm honored to have been named the Winner of the 2019 Toni V. Fell Prize for scene into song! The competition was adjudicated by renowned director James Powell (Les Misérables) - wow!
I recently was thrilled to make my West End Debut playing the legendary Umm Kulthum in "Umm Kulthum & The Golden Era" at the London Palladium.
To note, my love for performing is matched only by impromptu dance parties and searching for the best margarita in town...
